Where we ship

We ship to US addresses only, and shipping is free. For now we can't ship to New York addresses. Join the list at trypossum.com and we'll email you when we can.

When your key ships

The Possum key is sold as a pre-order. The first batch is estimated to ship in early December, after the key's FCC authorization.

If that date slips, we'll email you the new date before the old one passes, and you can cancel for a full refund.

You can also cancel anytime before your key ships, for any reason, for a full refund. Reply to any email from us, or write to hello@trypossum.com. Our refund policy has the details.

FCC notice: the Possum key is offered for pre-order only. Delivery to the end user is conditional upon successful completion of the applicable FCC equipment authorization process (an emissions test and a Supplier's Declaration of Conformity). The FCC's rules do not address consumer protection, contractual, or other federal or state law provisions. If authorization isn't completed, we refund every pre-order in full.
